Please click and open up the Release Form and print one off for each of your children, fill it out and sign it, then fax to us at 260-960-9350. All forms must be in by March 30th, 2009. This is a FREE camp and is first come first served. You will ONLY be contacted if the camp has filled up and there are no more spots available. See you on Saturday, April 4th, 2009 @ 10:00am sharp!
